The Future-Ready Workshop is designed exclusively for Beyond the Cloud participants and graduates, providing a unique opportunity to enhance your professional development through mock interviews. This hands-on workshop is aimed at preparing you for success in real-world interview scenarios by offering personalized guidance and actionable feedback.
Participants will engage in one-on-one mock interviews conducted by seasoned career coaches who bring years of expertise in talent development and recruitment. These experts will simulate authentic interview settings and provide tailored advice to help you refine your responses, boost your confidence, and showcase your strengths effectively.
As an added benefit, those who complete the Future-Ready Workshop will be invited to a virtual Speed Networking event on March 4th and 6th, offering an excellent opportunity to expand their network and connect with industry professionals.

Hosted by the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC), the Beyond the Cloud program is at the forefront of addressing the critical shortage of skilled professionals in key digital infrastructure roles across Canada. ICTC is a national, not-for-profit organization that strives to ensure Canada’s workforce is equipped with the skills and competencies needed to thrive in today's evolving digital economy.
Beyond the Cloud is our groundbreaking initiative aimed at bridging the gap between the supply of skilled professionals and the growing demand in the digital infrastructure sector. We've carefully selected and trained 500 individuals across Canada in roles such as cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, and more. These individuals have undergone rigorous training, including technical skills courses, soft skills development, work-integrated learning projects, and job search support.
